Our main focus is on
consistent, very high quality coffee. Therefore
We only roast on a 12 kilo US Millennium
Digital Profile roaster, built for us by Dan
Jolliff and the crew at Us Roaster Corp
in Oklahoma City. By roasting small batches
& using digital profile control, we maintain
a high level of quality and
consistency.
